Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm-7.30pm
We recommend students attend regularly as continuity and consistent practise are a key to making progress. Practitioners find many aspects of their lives positively improving whether it be for general health/fitness or emotional and mental well-being. Overall Yoga is an excellent platform for self improvement.

"We stand on our legs throughout our waking state; thus, the foundation for movement and action are the legs. The legs have to be trained to make them firm and steady. Without a firm foundation, a building cannot stand. Iyengar Yoga teacher John Doucas will be running a January New Year Yoga intensive. The intensive will create an opportunity for students to deepen their practise and develop a stronger understanding of Asana and Pranayama.
Iyengar Yoga is a rigorous and dynamic practice, yet safe and accessible for all. This intensive is suitable for General level students.
The intensive runs from Friday January 4th to Sunday January 6th
Class times are -
Friday 6pm-7.30pm
Saturday 9am-10.30am
Saturday 2pm-4pm
Sunday 9am-10.30am
