Classes are offered as an 8-week course. Level 1 classes are specifically designed for students who have completed a beginner course, to develop more strength in their bodies and to cultivate greater focus and mental clarity.
Our Level 1 Transition Course is tailored to students still in the early stages of learning yoga and wanting to build strength and confidence in their yoga practice. It is the perfect stepping stone for those who have completed a Beginners Course or have some past yoga experience. However, those new to yoga could also find this course beneficial even if they then go back to the more foundational work.
A Level 1 Transition Course runs for 8 weeks twice a year.
Students can attend any or all of the three classes per week.
