Melbourne-based Senior Iyengar yoga teacher James Bahuth is coming to Ballina Yoga to run a special 3-day Intensive. With more than 30 years yoga experience, James is also trained in Thai massage and other meditative therapies. He is a member of Iyengar Yoga Australia’s Certification Committee, with responsibility for the assessment and training of Iyengar yoga teachers.
Intensive session times are:
Friday 9 August – 5 to 7 pm; Saturday 10 August – 7 to 10 am and 3 to 5pm; Sunday 11 August – 8 to 11am
